Scope of this policy
This policy describes the enquiry form and privacy preferences on the 18Cat brand website. The customer centre requires sign-in and manages accounts, permissions and website records separately.
Project enquiry form
You may enter your name, contact details, organisation, project type, budget, timing and ideas. The current form creates a brief on this page. It does not automatically submit it to our backend or save it in persistent browser storage.
Sharing and third-party channels
After copying or downloading your brief, you decide whether to share it through an agreed channel. An email link opens your email app for you to review and send. Third-party channels have their own privacy practices.
Infrastructure and access records
Cloudflare and our hosting server deliver this website. These services may process IP addresses, request times and device information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The brand website loads Cloudflare cookie-free traffic and performance analytics by default, independently of the Cookie notice. Matomo and advertising trackers are not enabled.
Contact and corrections
If you have shared information through an agreed channel, use that channel to request access, corrections or deletion. Please keep passwords, identity document numbers and payment card details out of the public enquiry form.
