This website introduces 18Cat website design, development and maintenance services. Design examples are original concepts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not client projects or commitments for a particular engagement.
Enquiries and project agreements
Creating or sharing a brief starts a conversation. It does not itself confirm acceptance or form a project contract. Scope, fees, payment milestones, revision rounds, timing and acceptance should be agreed in the project proposal or agreement.
Materials and account security
Please provide text, images, fonts and other materials that you are entitled to use, and keep key information accurate. Only authorised people should use customer accounts. Share sensitive credentials through an agreed secure method.
Third-party services and costs
Domains, hosting, email, plugins and platform subscriptions may have separate terms, charges and renewals. Any purchasing arrangement, account ownership and responsibility for costs should be recorded in the project scope.
Changes and interpretation
Discuss changes in scope or scheduling and confirm their effect on fees and delivery before proceeding. The project agreement and applicable law determine specific rights and obligations. This page does not replace signed project documents.
